Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration and disappointment caused by the delay of your milestone birthday gift. We understand that for a specific celebration like this, the timing of the delivery is just as important as the gift itself. We regret that our website allowed for a May 15th delivery selection that we were unable to fulfill. While we strive to meet all requested dates, we recognize that a delay extending into the following week is unacceptable for a time-sensitive occasion. We also apologize for the difficulty you experienced reaching us by phone; we aim to provide prompt support and understand how a lack of direct communication adds to your frustration. Your feedback regarding our delivery calendar and communication is being reviewed by our logistics and management teams to ensure we provide more accurate expectations and better support for our customers.

We sincerely apologize for the disappointment caused by your recent order. It is clear that the presentation and the items you received, including the snacks and wine selection, fell far below the gourmet standard we strive to provide. While our substitution policy is intended to ensure timely delivery when specific items are unavailable, we recognize that in this instance, the replacements for the brie, tapenade, and beverages did not reflect the value or quality you expected. We take your feedback regarding the packaging and item quality very seriously and will use it to improve our operations and quality control immediately. Thank you for bringing these concerns to our attention.

I am very sorry for the frustration this caused. I understand how important it is for a gift to arrive on the date you select, and I regret that this wasn’t your experience. We do offer both regular and express shipping, but it’s important to note that delivery dates are estimated rather than guaranteed, as we rely on third-party couriers like USPS. Unfortunately, delays can sometimes occur once the package is in their hands, and I realize how disappointing it is when that happens—especially when it causes a gift to miss the intended date. That said, I want to apologize sincerely for the inconvenience you faced. Your feedback helps us improve, and we’ll continue working on clearer communication about shipping timelines so expectations are better set from the start.
