Order was not shipped out same day ordered (Thursday) and was an overnight next day order so did not receive until Monday. Barzel followed up and credited the overnight shipping charge

The product was shipped promptly and arrived in good condition. The item (from Glynn Johnson) works well. I was however disappointed with the finish. It is called oil rubbed bronze, and in fact it was oily and full of black residue. It was very dirty to handle and install.

The service is ok.

Great pricing and showed up really quickly. The only negative comment I have is that without an account, I wasn't provided with any tracking information so I only had a one-week window of when the order might show up. As it happened it showed up waaay earlier than expected (within a couple of days the week BEFORE it was estimated) which was great. I think I already had received the product by the time I got the shipping notification. Overall, great service and price.

Great price, fast shipping, exactly what I ordered I would of rated it excellent but it didn't come with the installer!!!
