Fast response!

We were looking for a replacement battery for our Janam handheld device. I was able to live chat on the website to make sure I was ordering the correct battery. It was easy to place the order and I received my replacement battery within a week. I installed it and it worked perfect! Would recommend

Always a good experience. Great prices and fast free shipping.

I thought I may have trouble with my purchase because we are an ".edu" domain that is tax exempt. To my pleasant surprise, your online purchasing process, email and verbal communication is stunning, impeccable and 100% fantastic!! Thank you Lloyd Patterson and Kirk Giannola for such an easy experience with what I purchased. And, thank you Kirk for following up afterward.
