never heard back from them

I ordered two card readers and was invoiced for both. Then I was re invoiced for 1 the day before my event. I only received one when I needed 2, causing a huge line to form during the check in and check out process of my gala.

I recently bought a handeld model Honeywell CK75AA6MN00W1420 The image of the product on the web shows an accesory to hold the unit with the hand and when a received the handheld it only came with a rubber-band type of accesory to hold the handeld I sent this same text on a mail 5 days ago and no reply

My order was backordered but I was not contacted about this. I had to contact the company twice to get my order status.

Good products. Bad customer service.
