Trustworthy Dealership & Reliable Cars - Winning Combo!
I spent as much time researching local dealerships as I did searching for a replacement vehicle for my recent car purchase. 100's of verified purchase reviews, BBB reviews and complaints as well as car sales platforms had endless horror stories of engine failures, added costs and mechanical problems less than 30 days after purchase. I even expanded my search to Charlotte and Raleigh but still had issues with less than steller reviews. A good looking car at an attractive price online can still lead to Buyer's Remorse with the wrong dealership. Balkcum Auto Sales was the only dealership that passed the review test with flying colors. So, after an exhaustive 6 week search I ended up back at Balkcum and purchased a beautiful Mercedes-Benz E 350 Sedan in pristine condition. This was my second Mercedes-Benz purchase with Balkcum, the first being a GLK 350 two years prior, which gave me great driving pleasure with no issues. You might find your next dream car elsewhere at a lower price but any hidden problems will cost you much more over time. Balkcum Autos is the best place to find a reliable car at a reasonable price. Ask for Jamie Allen for your next car - he is patient, knowledgeable and will work to put you in the vehicle best suited for you!
