Had to pick two different lawyers to find out that one could not take the case then the other does not go to the court I needed to file. I did not want to do it myself that is why I went to the service. Have not heard if I will be refunded anything as they could not service my legal need. I may just have to look on line for a lawyer in town and pay a full fee to get what I need. Not quite what they advertise on the commercial.

Dear Jackie, Our goal at Avvo is to connect people with the legal help they need. We create our fixed-fee legal services with this in mind, and offer a full guarantee for those instances when a fixed-fee service is not the right fit. In your case, it sounds like the service you purchased could work well if you are able to connect with the right lawyer. We are happy to assist you with figuring out your options. Please email us at [email protected] or call us at 1-800-441-3596 (option 3). We are available from 7AM-7PM PT Monday-Friday. Thank you, Jereme Farmer, Avvo Legal Services Support
