AvidXchangeReviews of avidxchange.com

The AvidX team is very responsive and thorough. I can email them a variety of questions, and they always get back to me quickly. Even when they are not able to help me with an answer (which is rare) they reply back and explain why. Ciera and Ginger have been great colleagues to have and we very much appreciate their professionalism.

Shelley DeBerry was great to work with in our transition from CC payments to ACH payments. Top notch customer service. The process has been seamless. Highly recommend Avid Exchange!

I have not encountered any issues with our daily report in quite some time! Ciera and her team are always extremely helpful and pleasant to work with!

I love working with Avidxchange! My company has been working with Avid for the past 5 years now. Avidxchange has made automating our accounts payable system so easy! We now have a process that works efficiently and our customers are receiving payments at a faster rate. Whenever I have a question, Avid's customer service team is quick to respond.

What makes AvidXchange a great business experience is the streamlined functionality of the platform and ease of use, combined with a Customer Service commitment from all of the team at Avid. All elements come together for an efficient, paperless AP experience.

I’ve had a great experience using AvidXChange because it keeps everything in one place and makes it easy to track invoices and payments. The visibility into approval status really helps when following up with vendors, and overall it’s made our AP process faster and more organized.

AvidXchange is straightforward to use. For recurring invoices, we can configure them so the distribution details are already allocated before the invoice even reaches our queue. Their updates are intentional and well‑timed, typically released when clients are least likely to be actively using the system.

AvidXchange has made our experience more efficient and streamlined by automating accounts payable, reducing manual work, and improving visibility into payments. It’s helped us process invoices faster, cut down on errors, and maintain better control and consistency across our AP workflows.
