Very friendly, and professional staff. Ms. Carol O'Connor helped me get to the right people at a time that worked for us and without her help I am sure we would not have made our purchase. I will be looking for another car for my teenager soon and will be going back to AV Ford because of the way we were treated. Good people.

Quite possibly the worst automotive service in California. Had trouble diagnosing problem, did not meet completion times promised, phoned to say work complete and upon arrival, the work was not done and took two more days. Have your car towed to Mojave or Los Angeles if possible or select an independent service if at all possible.
