Hey Steven! Thank you for your feedback and 5-star review of Aventis Systems! We are glad to hear you have grown to trust our company, and have enjoyed working with Kevin via our website's chat feature. We also hear you on the limited ability to search on our website; this has become a common piece of feedback we have been hearing from our clients. Rest assured, this is something we have already begun to plan to change for 2021. Until next time, Aventis Systems Team (866) 528-9313

Hey Julio! Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review. We are ecstatic to hear that your rep is taking care of you well and that you are satisfied working with us. To address your one concern, our sourcing of products is indeed an internal process, and we apologize that you feel left out of the know. We source our inventory in a variety of different ways including lease and corporate buyback, overstock merchandise, auctions, bankruptcies, and more. We bring in the equipment, test it, remove the components, and place them into inventory because we custom build every system at the time of order. With this process, there is no try and true method to define where each system is sourced from as the system its self can come from one place, and the components inside could come from somewhere else. Rest assured, each system is tested rigorously and only those that meet our quality standards are placed into inventory. We hope this clarifies our process for you. Until next time, Aventis Systems Team (866) 528-9313
