Alpha Recovery in St. Paul. The manager and his employees were friendly enough and helped me get my car back to Rochester for a decent rate (?) 400, but they used a PICK UP TRUCK with a hitch to tow my car 70 miles and the guy was young, and not experienced and he tore a metal plate off my car and they tried to deny the damage but that guy tore my car up. We have a witness and video and pictures to prove THE DAMAGE OCCURRED WHEN TRANSPORTING MY CAR BACK TO ROCHESTER. The guy had trouble backing the car into the parking space and as soon as he was done, he tried to hurry and leave really fast and we saw the damage and stopped him. He pretended not know English. And they will not own up to the damage.
