Quality workmansip and trustworthy…
Quality workmansip and trustworthy service. Have used service department and interfaced with many service reps over the years. 99% are trustworthy and willing to work with me through issues and billing. They are pricey. The only issue is hidden charges on end of bill, which are labeled as "miscellaneous charges". Have seen them range from $0 - $33. No explanation on the paperwork for those fees. when picking up repaired vehicle flip to end of the bill/paperwork they provide, and ask what those fees represent. They may remove them. I find they negotiate to some level.
