AutoharpstoreAt AutoharpStore.com, we understand what is most important for a musician - quality, experience, and value. We have products from trusted names like Oscar Schmidt and Washburn, and the variety of unique instruments and accessories ensures that anything you need can be found right here. All of our autoharps have the wonderful tone and projection expected of high-quality instruments; many of the models we sell are played by well-recognized musicians. Similarly, a good musician recognizes that a great instrument is not the only element of a good performance. Autoharp strings, picks, and cases ensure proper care and maintenance of your instrument for performance after performance, while books and other items can enhance your knowledge and skill as a musician.

Called and spoke to James. I described the old (mid sixties) instrument I was working on and he quickly referenced the model and needs. Ordered a complete ser of strings and a few picks. The order was shipping that afternoon. Now that's Service!

Emailed twice asking about international shipping, as their website states they do but there’s no option at checkout. Received no reply. Terrible customer service.

I purchased an autoharp from autoharpstore.com, but when it arrived, it had clear damage with a small piece of the wood veneer missing on a corner. There was no damage to the box, so I took this as damage from before shipping. Since January 8th, I’ve contacted them by email at the address listed for the warranty a total of six times with no response.

Judy was so helpful and kind. Did not get frustrated because I wasn't sure what I needed. She went above and beyond to make sure I ordered the correct string and listened as I rambled on. She even offered suggestions on books your company sells that I might be interested in.
