Excellent company. I bought a backup camera from them. After 1 year it stopped working. The guided me through various problem solving procedures. None of which worked. They mailed me a replacement camera being it was under warranty. I would definitely trust them with future purchases. They definitely stand by their products.

Great product and very pleased with the build quality and clarity of the picture. I had an issue with one of the cameras losing charge and the service department were exceptional. It was replaced without hesitation and they even posted it to Greece under warranty. Excellent company to deal with.

I received an email asking how much I liked my rear view mirror/monitor. My response was "I have not received it yet". I received an email from customer service they supplied me with shipping information, I double checked all of my part for both projects cars, still could not find it. I provided customer service with some additional information and the solution was that replacement was being sent. Auto-Vox and I were patient and professional to each other. Not everything happens overnight.

Warranty service is most impressive. My monitor needs replacement within the warranty period and their representative was very helpful and efficient to make sure I will get my needed part as soon as possible. A prime example of how to have a reputation as an excellent business.

I initially had issues with the set up. I could not get the beep to sound. I requested help. Literally within minutes I had a response. Lilian guided me through a few issues until we fixed it. Each time responding to my questions quickly. The product is as easy as they show to install. Thus kind of after sales service went beyond my expectations. First class Company.

J'ai acheté une caméra de recul pour mon camping car en décembre 2025. La caméra ne fonctionne plus. Le SAV réagit rapidement et me confirme un problème de batterie et me promet son remplacement dans un mois. Promesse tenue, envoi de la caméra avec suivi d'expédition depuis la Chine. Elle est arrivée ce matin, donc dans le délai promis. Merci Morgan pour votre gentillesse

Ich habe im Winter die kabellose Solar Rückfahrkamera geschenkt bekommen. Installation und Bedienung ist sehr einfach. Kamera hat ein gutes Bild und ich musste die Kamera kein einiges mal laden. Leider ist die Batterie plötzlich kaputt gegangen. Habe dem Support geschrieben und unkompliziert und sehr schnell ein Ersatz bekommen. Tolle Produkte, tolles Kundensupport, klare Empfehlung!
