Maria was most helpful in answering a question. My current aura frame was a present to my wife and after a few growing pains in the learning department, she absolutely loves it, and adds her phone photos all the time…..a GREAT PRESENT for someone hard to get presents for!

My problem with my Aura frame was quickly diagnosed and rectified with a new power cord. There was no charge, it arrived quickly and my Aura frame works great with no loss of pictures

Best customer service I have ever experienced. Fast to respond, helpful advice and personal communication. When my device couldn’t be fixed they offered a generous solution. I could not have been treated better. Thank you.

I reached out to Aura for a replacement power cord for a frame we had purchased years ago for my aging parents. After they passed away, I found the frame but couldn't find the power cord. Aura customer service went above and beyond and replaced the power cord for no charge! Free part and free shipping. I can't wait to see the photos on this frame that has been idle for some years now. Thank you Aura!

Rey was very helpful and patient with me and always checking back in to see if I needed any further help.

Prompt, courteous and responsive customer support. Thanks so much, Rey!

The Aura frame is our favorite detail to our family room. We’ve gifted the frame to many family members who feel the same. Their customer service is excellent also.

I had a broken aura picture frame with a cracked screen truly loved the product sad to see it broken. Contacted aura customer service if there is anything they can do for cracked screen. The gave me a great discount for a new one. Thanks aura
