I had a very good experience working with Atom Software. I had purchased a new MacBook Air and was unfamiliar with using it since I had previously used Windows. Steve helped me load my Office software so I could use it on my Mac. He was extremely helpful.

This was one of the best tech support experiences I've ever had. The representative answered a slew of questions promptly and clearly, and took over the entire process of downloading the software. I'm a happy customer.
