Charles was a great help in getting me started.

My activation code for my Microsoft Office 2021 was not working so they graciously sent me a new activation code and helped me re-install my software.

Steve had a challenging set of circumstances when installing MS Office Professional 2024. He navigated these successfully resulting in a successful installation. I appreciated his explanations and his professionalism.

great to work with and knew how to fix ix

Jean did a great job. Very professional.

I could never have done this operation (removing my old Word program, installing the new one) by myself, and I couldn't be happier with the support I received -- efficient, thorough and courteous. Thank you, Atom, thank you, Steve!!!

Charles is a great representative and he helped me working on office system.
