Good customer service

The technological support was fantastic but I had a little problem finding that information. The support was great and very patient and helpful. Being an older person that says a lot because I don't always understand the terminology and he made it clear as we went through the process.

I enjoyed excellent service once I was connected. My suggestion is that you make access to technical support in the United States more obvious and easy--like a phone number!

I had to make several calls before the problem was taken care of but once I got somebody it was done in a matter of minutes.

The customer rep was very helpful and had patience with me during this time of getting my Microsoft office working. I appreciate the time spent helping me with this.
