Extremely Disappointed
Extremely Disappointed – Poor Communication and Unprofessional Service We spent two months getting the runaround from Scott Welsh and AssuredPartners regarding our commercial trucking insurance renewal. After keeping us waiting for two months, we were finally told at the last minute that we could renew, but not with one of our drivers included. What makes this especially frustrating is that this issue could have been communicated to us much earlier. Instead, we were left hanging for two months with no clear answers, only to be put in a position where we had no choice but to secure a last-minute insurance policy. If you know anything about the trucking industry, you know that insurance is expensive and that last-minute changes can be extremely costly for a business. We needed timely communication, transparency, and professionalism, and that is not the experience we received. I would not recommend Scott Welsh or AssuredPartners to other trucking companies. Your business deserves an insurance advisor who communicates honestly, respects your time, and gives you enough notice to make informed decisions. Based on our experience, we would not do business with them again.
