NOT PROFESSIONAL
First, they never pick up the phone, then never call you back when you leave them a voicemail. second, they take time to reply your emails which narrow your time to do your work properly and finally when they send you their work, they dont give you the sources they used and dont amend the changes you ask them. I will definitely not recommend to anyone.
