Scam! Took money and not helpful at all! Very difficult to cancel subscription. AVOID!!!!!!

I don’t even want to give them one star. It’s a scam. They are thieves.

These criminals charged my card without my knowledge. I was dealing with a personal crisis, so couldn't focus on balancing out every month...just realized I have lost over $900 in over a year. My bank being a bank will only investigate and try to dispute it for the last 4 months. Absolutely hopeless process, where you just keep getting tossed from one robotic agent to another!

These people are total con artists. First of all they intercepted a website given to me by a reputable doctors office that was under staffed. Then were not able to even think about answering my question and charged me full price. I "tried" to contact them for a refund and they did not respond. I would pay again just to get the home address of the owner of this con.

These useless people trick you into signing membership for free trial for 3 days and if you don't cancel they charge you monthly. they prey on the sick and are thieving loads of people

I used this service once late at night when I had extreme stomach issues. They never really helped me and then auto signed me up from a recurring charge I never authorized. It was s $50 to just chat online. Scam!!! Trying to cancel before I get charged again $50 for a service I don't even use or have any contact with every money. What a SCAM!! Beware and don't even sign on.

How do you cancel the membership, there’s no number to call or even contact. They signed me up for a membership I didn’t approve for

Was signed up AUTOMATICALLY to pay £38 a month. Was only aware of this after 6 months. No emails or text messages stating the payment. Disgusting tactics. I was happy with initial service but the management are tricking the customers and will eventually lose the good work of the doctors. No morals.
