Got help when i needed it wasn't able to access anything locally and our family doctor was away.

They were kind and dentist told me what needed to be done and was very honest. Great service

I paid a $2.00 fee which I assumed was the fee needed to speak with a doctor. The doctor I spoke with was informative. I was looking to get a doctors note also. Was told that since I was in Canada they were unable to complete the request. A month later I now see that I have been billed $66. Hidden fees I am thinking. I did not want to be signed up for a membership. Please get back to me Askadoctor help to refund my $66 and cancel my account. Thank you. Update: June 16, 2025 … after getting hold of Askadoctor via email, my $66 was refunded thru Just Answer. I will give them 4 stars now as doctors I initially spoke with were helpful. Thank you for getting back to me Askadoctor and refunding my $66 plus cancelling membership.

I just want to connect with a Dr. and Pain clinic that understands my problem and will help me continue with the pain medication that helps me live a pretty normal life. I need the dr.s name that I was chatting with?

The doctor listened to my problem and already had my notes from the intake person. She didn't know what a jalapeño was but still knew that it was the key to my problem. She told me to sip warm water (yukky) to relax. Suggested an over-the-counter item that will help. She explained that she sent an email that I could contact her and to call the number she called from and there would be someone who could help.
