The fact that the person initially contacted was caring and so was Dr Li. Dr Li was able to give me several treatment suggestions.

The shift from being a "Looky Lou" or shoper was a little confusing. A fail safe 1-800 # a customer ID would be calming. It saved me 3 hours at a urgent care or all day a the Hospital ED. For $50.00 great

They responded in a timely fashion. Dr's advice was good to have

Well it was nice being able to talk to a dr at home on the phone, but I had a very hard time understanding him because of the accent. I know not his fault. I did get his summary texted to me so I was able to see what he said.

The doctor was knowledgeable and made good suggestions after hearing my symptoms!

I think the biggest thing was the prompt response time, that was great but I didn’t realise I was going to be charged $73 per month so as a pensioner I will need to cancel that if I can find out where and stick to my GP as I can’t afford both, fully appreciate advice I just received though Thank you Lee Murray

Everything was great, I was pushed through quickly, admit was fast and efficient and very good at making sure everyone had the same understanding.
