He recommended that I go to ER, which I needed to know.

I needed to know if they could send me medicine but apparently not.

I thought this location was part of Kaiser. This was new.

He was attentive and gave good advice.

They were super quick & answered all of my questions professionally.

It was my first experience with an on line doctor. I needed urgent consultation, especially because I am going away in a few days. Would like to be fixed. Initially I was put through to a male dermatologist in the Americas. It seemed like he was cancelling the consultation. Luckily Jenny put me through to Dr. W. I would have liked to print out my chat consultation, but wasn't able to.

The doctor was able to come on right away, asked good question about my problem and gave options.
