So so amazing! I accidentally ordered eucalyptus when I wanted lavender for my friend and when I reached out to customer service they swapped my order with no hassle at all and very thoughtfully monitored it. I got the lavendar in the end and so happy with it! Shipping also arrived on time.

Beautiful & powerful mala. Thank you Jack & Lauren. This is the most robust mala I have come across. Most seem like they would easily break, not these. I have worn my mala everyday for about a month and no wear and tear. I have even washed the tassel with cold water and gentle soap. Thanks again. Nice to have met you in Telleride.
