Thank you so much for your kind review! We're thrilled to hear that the portrait accurately captured the kids and has become a great addition to your kitchen. Your satisfaction means the world to us, and we're grateful for your support. Thank you for choosing us to create something special for your family! ❤️
The add was intriguing. I sent pictures of our cats for the Bartender photo. Then I thought I better do a little research about the company first. Of course, the reviews were good. Why advertise a product without having good reviews. Several companies that research companies for scams or problems said that Artzuzu was fairly new and as such, did not have a long track record to go on. But what they had seen was fairly positive, with very little negative. I took that as a good sign and submitted my order. I was surprised how quickly I was notified the product was on the way. What an absolutely fantastic picture. Our boys are Singapuras and all Singapuras look pretty much alike anyway. But they picked up enough of the subtle differences that we can tell them apart in the picture. We could not be happier.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a thoughtful review! We truly appreciate your trust, especially after doing your own research before placing the order. As a growing company, feedback like yours means the world to us. We’re so happy to hear that the bartender portrait exceeded your expectations and that we were able to capture the subtle differences between your handsome Singapura boys. That’s exactly what our artists strive for with every custom piece. Thank you again for your support and kind words — it genuinely made our day. We hope your portrait brings smiles for many years to come!

I have only great things to say about this company! Initially I reached out via email because I thought I had made mistake on my order. Their team contacted me immediately and clarified that all was as I had wanted. Received my order a few days later which was so fast. This is a gift for my daughter and the portrait of my daughter’s dogs couldn’t be cuter. She will love it. Great experience!

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! 💛 We’re really glad you reached out to us early on—it was our pleasure to help make sure everything was just right with your order. It means a lot to hear that you had a smooth experience and received your piece so quickly! We’re so happy to hear this is a gift for your daughter 🐾 We hope she’s thrilled when she sees her dogs brought to life in the portrait—it sounds like such a special surprise! Thank you again for your kind words and support. We truly appreciate it and hope to create something for you again in the future! 😊
I had asked the company to please send me a proof of what my finished product would look like. They were very accommodating. After I noticed a small color glitch, they fixed it right away, sent me a new proof, and then shipped my product. Not only was it shipped expeditiously to arrive in time for Christmas, but when it came, it was just as I saw it on the proof, and better. It is absolutely one of the best gifts I have ordered. Also, at first, I thought it was possibly a company trying to scam people around the holidays, so it was nice to know it was an actual business that stands behind their products and pleases their customers.
