Thank you for your review Frede. The item you received is the orange version. The photo you provided confirms that the item is orange. We do not sell this item in yellow, so it would not have been possible for a yellow version to be shipped to you. That said, if you are not satisfied with the color or the item for any reason, you are welcome to return it under our 30-day return policy. Please email [email protected] and let our team know that you would like to initiate a return. We will be happy to assist you. Thank you.

Hi, we're sorry your order took longer than expected. ArtZMiami is based in Miami, Florida, and we work with artists and manufacturers from around the world. Because many of our products are made to order or shipped directly from our global partners, production and shipping times can vary. These estimated timeframes are provided on our product pages before purchase. We understand that waiting can be frustrating, and we appreciate your patience. If you contact our customer service [email protected] team with your order number, we'll be happy to provide the latest status and assist in any way we can.

Hi Dave, thank you for your order and your review. Unfortunately we no longer ship the ArtZ® Nordic Cherry Toilet Brush and Holder to Hawaii. We were trying to make alternative shipping arrangements for you. From your email, our customer service understood that you no longer wanted your order because of the delay, so they cancelled your order, and refunded your payment. I'm sorry if they misunderstood your request. Update: Hi Dave, Thank you for your order and for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the frustration surrounding this experience. The $39 ArtZ® Nordic Cherry Toilet Brush and Holder is one of the few lower-priced items where shipping to Hawaii can unfortunately exceed the value of the product itself. Because of this, we were attempting to explore alternative shipping arrangements before proceeding. When our team received your message regarding the delay, they mistakenly understood that you preferred not to continue waiting for the order, so the order was canceled and fully refunded immediately. That misunderstanding was our error, and we apologize for it. To clarify, we do ship many products to Hawaii, but certain items can present unusual shipping limitations depending on destination and carrier costs. We understand your disappointment and regret that this interaction left a negative impression. Our intention was simply to avoid leaving you waiting indefinitely without an update. We appreciate the feedback and will use it to improve how we communicate shipping-related delays in the future.
