Ordering from Artspan online gallery and Marketplace was easy. I was able to search for specific style of artwork and found a beautiful piece to order for my parents anniversary. The artwork was received and they were thrilled with it.

Customer support by Maeve Haiek of Artspan was very helpful and my site would not have ended up looking so good without her diligent help. The Artspan site is not so easy to navigate and without the direct customer support I would have given up.

I am impressed with ArtSpan's customer support for artists. They are very punctual in responding. I never got answers this quickly from my previous web host. The PROFESSIONAL PLUS plan is well worth the money. I am most impressed with Free expert SEO consultation and Free expert design consultation that comes with this plan. I didn't get this with my previous website.

Prompt, detailed answers to a somewhat technical question involving integrating inventory software into my Artspan site. Saved me a ton of time and angst.
