Arrow perfumes and fmcg group bv in rotterdam is a great Chester. Scammer and tout. About 6 months ago l transferred him €5375 by bank transfer for essence l love extreme crazy mascara. After receiving payment he blocked me from WhatsApp. I have all documents. I need assistance to recover my lost money. I advise to every one to not deal with this company.

DANGER !

Warning – We were scammed out of €5300! Arrow Perfume scammed our company. We transferred €5300 for an order they promised to fulfill. After receiving the payment, they completely cut off communication — no products were delivered, and they stopped replying to all our emails and WhatsApp messages. We have full documentation: the invoice, payment confirmation, and all communication history. This is clear fraud. We have already reported the case to the Dutch police and relevant European fraud investigation authorities. Avoid this company at all costs — they are not to be trusted!
