This app/service is terrible. I got a fraudulent charge to my virtual card without any notification for a service I cancelled back in 2025. I contacted customer service with no solution, and upon investigation, ARQ (formerly known as DolarApp) is not a licensed bank in the US and protects itself under other jurisdictions and operating models where they do not protect or respond to customers.
