Dear John, Thank you for your feedback. We understand the confusion, but all authentic AromaCore™ products come with detailed setup instructions that explain how to remove the protective shipping strips from the velcro straps. This is clearly outlined in our included user guide. However, we weren't able to locate any order under your name in our system. Our official products are sold exclusively through aromanda.com and always include comprehensive setup documentation. If you believe this was purchased from us, please email [email protected] with your order details. Best, Aromanda Team
