Awesome school, great courses, and excellent support. The material is clear, well-organized, and easy to follow. I really enjoy how engaging the content is—it keeps me focused. With my busy schedule, the flexibility to learn on my own time has made all the difference. I’m so glad I chose ARECA. Highly recommend!

I took the pre-licensing course with Appraisal & Real Estate Career Academy and I can honestly say it exceeded every expectation. From start to finish, the program was incredibly organized, easy to navigate and most importantly the resources provided truly helped me understand the material. I'm a horrible test taker and was so nervous to take the PSI exams, but Nicole and her staff made me feel confident in my abilities and in what I needed to study. I also appreciated how the course is designed for people with busy schedules—it’s flexible, self-paced and structured in a way that keeps you motivated. The FOXBOX welcome package was such a fun surprise and made me feel like I was part of something bigger than just another online course. I’ve attached photos in my Google review from when I received the box! If you're thinking about getting your Kentucky real estate license, this is absolutely the program to take. I feel confident, prepared, and ready for my new career! I’m excited to get started and will definitely continue using ARECA for my continuing education.
