We are sorry to hear you feel this way. Arch Tax was retained by this client on 05-15-2023 to represent him before the IRS. Arch Tax was retained to pursue a hardship program. Arch Tax successfully negotiated for hardship and can provide documented proof of such. We have had consistent and ongoing conversations and communications with this client outlining services provided and providing proof that those services were delivered. Because of the work performed by Arch Tax this client has been removed from the IRS collections department and will not have to make a payment of any kind. We would be happy to continue this conversation to ensure that your needs have been met. Please send an email to [email protected] to schedule a time to speak and we would be happy to resolve any additional questions or concerns you may have.
