I have had a very good experience with Arc. Patrick Neely worked with me and explained and answered all of my questions. He was very nice, professionals and patient with me.

I contacted Arc Home one week ago and my loan has already closed, now that is fast service. Everyone involved was very nice and friendly, and very helpful. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a home loan. I am very satisfied with my 2.3% rate I received, which is 2 points lower than the loan they replaced. I am saving around $200.00 per month. What else can I say But Call them if you need a loan. HVM
