Kim and her crew at the terminal in Salt Lake City (149) went above and beyond for us just now, I had a lot of back and forth contact with her regarding a shipment that we had to change from delivery to dock pickup AND we had a very tight timeline to meet our customer's need and her group knocked it out of the park! I want to make sure they get the kudos they rightfully deserve!

I recently had the opportunity to work with Cheryl Hendrick of AFB and wanted to commend her on her professionalism. She was extremely knowledgable, and went above and beyond in helping me secure a delivery to my place of employment. Her support through the process was invaluable.

I just want to let you know how wonderful it is for ABF to have Betty Zwiers as part of your team, Betty was very helpful and very pleasant to speak with in resolving an issue with our shipment

Teresa and Chris from the Florence Dispatch Center were incredible to work with. Fantastic communication and customer service. I would highly recommend!

We had a delivery of an excavator to our property. It is a massive machine. Our driver had to carefully maneuver this extremely expensive equipment onto the gale-lift and balance it perfectly within an inch -- so it would not topple over. Our deliveryman, Chad, knew exactly what he was doing and got our excavator down to ground level safely. We will definitely use ArcBest again.

On time delivery with great driver service above and beyond the call. Driver made delivery a good safe one and verified product was in perfect condition before he left. will use again for next shipping.

Delivery came quickly and in great condition. The customer service team was even able to change the delivery vehicle, so my order could be delivered to my home.

We run a small business out of Tunnel Hill. Our freight is very unique and it is hard finding a good logistics company to work with the handle our freight. We partnered up with ArcBest at the beginning of the year and I have never been more impressed with a trucking company. I have not had one single incident. Not saying these don't happen, but just saying compared to other companies previously used i feel our product is treated with care. Our sales rep, Dean McKelvey, is extremely attentive to our shipping needs and very transparent. We also LOVE our terminal guys Anthony and Dustin. Very thankful for Arcebest.
