Thanks for the great feedback - really appreciate it! And yes, fair point on the US side - some of our services are currently limited for American traders due to licensing and regulatory constraints, which we know can be frustrating. It's something we're actively working on. Stay tuned for updates, and thank you for choosing us!
I've been using it for over a year I've been using it for over a year. I came across this page by chance while looking for reviews about the scanner. I was curious about how people make money from it. I'm satisfied with the product: Spreads are always there Funding arbitrage works especially well Ask for a double subscription, it's cheaper that way Cons: Price, but when you're paying half the price, it's normal. And phone calls may not be frequent. Otherwise, I'm satisfied with the product. Thanks to Demyan and Amin for their support.

Thank you so much for sticking with us for over a year that means more than any rating! 🙏 Really glad to hear that spreads are consistently there for you and that funding arbitrage has been working especially well that's exactly what we aim for. And great tip about the double subscription — we appreciate you sharing that with other readers, it really does make the pricing much more comfortable. On the cons totally fair points. We hear you on the price, and we're always working on making our plans more accessible. As for phone calls, we'll take that on board more proactive communication from our side is something we can definitely improve. A special shoutout to Demyan and Amin we'll make sure they see this! It's always great when our team members are recognized by name. They work hard and deserve it. 👊 Thanks again for being a long-term part of our community. Here's to another year of profitable spreads! 🚀
I’ll start my review by saying that I’m not very familiar with cryptocurrencies. I have a small business and try to save for my carefree future and for my children. Like everyone else, I got interested in the topic of investments, and that’s how I heard about Bitcoin. Haha, of course, since my friend made a fortune by buying just a couple of bitcoins a few years ago. So I started looking for topics that interested me and came across arbitrage on the internet. This is about inefficiency in the market, when the same bitcoin can cost completely different amounts on two exchanges for various reasons. I did some Googling and asked ChatGPT, and it turned out that the best in the market is ArbitrageScanner. I immediately bought a subscription to the service without bothering the managers and started to slowly dive in. Here’s what I really liked: 1) There are educational materials both on YouTube and in text format. That’s very convenient. 2) Monthly webinars demonstrating the service’s functionality and showcasing real client cases. This is very convincing. 3) A personal manager (whom I’m still working with). 4) Strong private community. My colleagues from the private client chat have helped me a lot. In the right community, you have no choice but to grow and develop. 5) The software itself turned out to be fast and accurate, with flexible settings in Telegram. 6) Also, besides arbitrage, the scanner has a large ecosystem of products included in the price of the same subscription, which is a big plus. These are probably the six points that definitely stood out to me right away. Now I actively engage in arbitrage in my spare time; I really liked the funding rate strategies. Thanks to Nikolaz for explaining everything – I couldn’t have imagined before that there were such interesting methods hiding in plain sight.

Thank you so much for this heartfelt and detailed review it genuinely touched us! 🙏 The fact that you came from a small business background with no crypto experience and still found your footing in arbitrage that's exactly the kind of story we build this platform for. You didn't need to be a trader to start. You just needed the right tools and community around you. We love that you mentioned all six points each one represents something we've deliberately invested in: The educational materials and webinars exist because we believe knowledge is what separates profitable traders from frustrated ones. The private community is something we're especially proud of when clients help each other grow, that's real value no software alone can provide. And yes, the ecosystem beyond just arbitrage is something many users discover over time and are always pleasantly surprised by. A huge shoutout to Nikolaz we'll make sure he sees this! 🤝 Explaining funding rate strategies in a way that clicks for someone brand new to crypto is no small feat, and it's clear he made a real difference for you. Also the fact that ChatGPT pointed you our way made us smile. 😄 We take our reputation seriously, and it's great to see it reflected everywhere people look. Wishing you and your family a truly carefree future keep catching those spreads! 🚀
I tried Arbitrage Scanner about half a year ago. At first, it didn’t fit my strategy, and I asked for a refund which was declined back then. But later, their support team reached out and explained everything — they truly care about their users. The service has improved a lot since then and is growing really fast. Great support, great development, and definitely worth trying again.

Thank you for coming back and sharing this it genuinely means a lot to us. 🙏 We know the refund situation wasn't the experience you deserved at the time, and we're really glad our support team was able to reach out and turn things around. That's exactly the kind of relationship we want with every user honest, responsive, and long-term. The fact that you gave us a second chance after that says a lot about your open-mindedness, and we don't take that lightly. We'll keep working hard to make sure it was worth it. The platform has grown a lot in the past six months and will keep growing so there's a lot more to explore. If you ever want a walkthrough of what's new, our team is always happy to help. Thank you for being fair and giving us the chance to make it right. 🙌
I have been using this service for about one year now and I have excellent results. I have increased my balance on the exchange 6 times in a year and now it is my main source of money. I started with a capital of $500, but gradually added money and reinvested all the profits, now I have a capital of $30,000 and I increase it by $3,000-$10,000 every month. The onboarding course was surprisingly useful. It’s short, straight to the point, and made it easy to start using the platform right away. The tool itself does a good job showing market insights and helping spot opportunities. I’ve noticed they keep updating it too, which is a good sign they’re improving things constantly. There have been many useful improvements and new exchanges this year. It's very cool because my arbitration has become much more efficient. I especially liked the service with the spread history, it is as useful as possible for analysis! Big shout-out to their support team — they reply fast and actually try to help. I wrote them a few times on Telegram and email with small questions, and every time they were polite, quick, and clear. Overall, it’s been a positive experience. If you’re looking for something simple and reliable with real people behind it, I’d say give it a shot.

Wow! thank you for sharing such a detailed and honest account of your journey! 🙏 From $500 to $30,000 in a year, with $3,000–$10,000 in monthly growth - that's not luck, that's discipline, consistency, and smart reinvestment. We're proud that ArbitrageScanner has been part of that ride, but the real credit goes to you for putting in the work. It's great to hear the onboarding course landed well we worked hard to make it short and practical rather than overwhelming, so it's rewarding to see that paying off for users like you. The spread history feature is one we're especially excited about, so we love hearing it's become a core part of your analysis. And yes new exchanges and continuous updates are something we're committed to, because the market never stands still and neither should we. Your shoutout to the support team made their day too. Fast, polite, and actually helpful is exactly the standard we set glad it's showing. Thank you for being with us for a year and for recommending us to others. Stories like yours are why we do this. Here's to the next milestone! 🚀
I purchased the 1-month Business Plan in August 2025 after being told by a sales rep that the software “works 100%” and seeing polished YouTube videos showing supposedly huge profits. I completed their course, followed all the steps, and began using the tool immediately. Reality vs. marketing From day one, the values shown in the software rarely matched actual market prices. The so-called “profitable opportunities” were either inaccurate or completely useless in real trading. The examples in their videos appear to be marketing bait—results I could not reproduce in any way with the live product. Support was no help I contacted support multiple times through Telegram, email, and WhatsApp, providing clear screenshots of the problems. Each time, I was given vague excuses or told that my refund request needed “CEO approval.” As of August 9, 2025, nothing has been refunded, and no real solution has been offered. Why this site feels fraudulent (my opinion) Heavy use of hype and flashy marketing, with little actual proof that the product works in real markets. Friendly and persuasive when selling, but unresponsive and evasive when issues or refunds are raised. They focus on getting you to buy plans—not on delivering a functional product. Bottom line — Do not use this software at all In my opinion, this is not a tool worth trying, testing, or risking money on. The product did not work as promised, and support was unwilling to stand behind it. If you value your time and money, avoid this software and this website completely. There are far more trustworthy and transparent options out there—don’t fall into the same trap I did.

Thank you for sharing your experience - we take every review seriously, including critical ones. We're genuinely sorry the product didn't meet your expectations. That said, we'd like to share our side of the story, as the full picture is a bit different from what's described here. Regarding accuracy: ArbitrageScanner displays real-time spread data pulled directly from exchange APIs. The values shown in the platform reflect actual market conditions at the moment of the scan. Spreads in arbitrage can close within seconds timing, transfer speed, and execution all play a critical role. This is covered in detail in our onboarding course, and it's something our managers walk every new user through personally. Regarding support: we made multiple attempts to reach you and offered a 1-on-1 session with a personal manager to walk through the platform together and address every concern you had. We also confirmed internally that a refund was on the table. Unfortunately, further communication became impossible after you blocked our contact channels, which left us unable to move forward on either the support or the refund. We're not in the business of avoiding problems - we're in the business of solving them. If you're open to reconnecting, please reach out to us at [email protected] and we'll pick up right where we left off, including the refund discussion. We wish you the best and hope to have the chance to make this right.
