I bought 3 fragrances from them because there was an offer for 3 for £60. I have to say that I’m really disappointed. The scent doesn’t even last an hour, and of course, it’s nowhere near the original.

Hi, I recently ordered three fragrance items from your website. Unfortunately, I’m very disappointed with the fragrances, as the scent is not close to the original fragrances as described on your website. I purchased them specifically because they were advertised as replicas/alternatives to the original fragrances, but unfortunately I don’t feel that the fragrances resemble the originals closely enough.

without doubt the worst customer service ive ever had Jake the cutomer service manager need his p45, absolutely useless order never arrived but they werent intersted

Ordered with express should have Ben delivered today still showing as packing too busy making Instagram reels than providing customer service email ignored don’t bother!

How can you say that the fragrance last all day when it does it even last 2 hours. I went to my brothers in laws wedding and had to keep spraying it on through out the day. I bought 3 different fragrances and they were all the same. Really thought the design of the bottles amazing and fragrances smells nice but doesn’t last all day at all. So disappointed! 😞 waste of nearly £100. Poor quality

Ordered £180 worth of this company and didn’t receive my order told them multiple times and they tried to pass it off to Royal Mail won’t be using them again! Be warned if you don’t receive your order they don’t do anything other than blame the courier when ultimately the liability is in there hands!

Returns are horrendous

What aload of shit ! My wife ordered me 3 different fragrances and the order was paid and she received an email saying your order has left us. 10 days later still nothing, my wife sent multiple emails then eventually got a reply saying one if the fragrances was out of stock yet she originally got an email saying order has left us, we are now nearly 14 days and still nothing, no updates from them, no reply to emails but soon as my wife left a comment on there page they replied then took my wifes comment off, well try taking this down. Very unprofessional, the framing smell nice but its a kick in d**k to still be waiting and they've already been paid, will be our first and last order, thats if it ever gets delivered. I look forward to reading there reply to see what Bull shit they come out with. Thanks
