The technician was early a few minutes for my appointment, (That's not something you see every day!) and was polite and professional. As he repaired my dryer, he explained the repair to me. It was an education!

They were thorough and upfront about costs and estimate of when the parts would be in and the young man who did the work was excellent!!!...-very professional and informative.

They fix my refrigerator within 1 hour and the price was very reasonable!

I guess when I called for service I just got lucky (they say timing is everything) and a serviceman happened to be in my area. Within an hour and a half he was at my door. He was nice, well spoken and knowledgeable. He took the time to make sure I understood what was wrong with my washing machine as well as how to prevent the problem in the future. I'm happy to find a service company that I'm so pleased with.

The Appliance Master technician was helpful and solved our problem, offering good advice as he worked. I have used this service a number of times and have always been happy with the results. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.
