My experience with Appfront has been terrible.
My experience with Appfront has been extremely disappointing, especially when it comes to customer service and support. Getting a response regularly takes several days, and I still have issues that have gone unresolved for months despite repeatedly reaching out and asking for them to be fixed. At this point, it feels like I have to constantly follow up just to get basic support. Billing was also mishandled from the beginning. When the issue was brought to their attention, instead of correcting the previous charges and issuing the appropriate refund, I was told they would simply correct it going forward. That was not an acceptable resolution to a billing mistake that was not caused by me. Another major frustration was being told that certain features would be available and work with my POS system, only to find out later that those features were not actually supported with my setup. Those promised capabilities were part of what I expected when signing up. Overall, the combination of extremely slow response times, unresolved issues lasting for months, billing problems, and features being promised that were not actually available has made this a very frustrating experience. The customer service and follow-through have been terrible, and I would have made a different decision had I known this would be the level of support I would receive.
