There’re 2 tshirts got sleeves fell off from my order. I did send them an email and they haven’t responded me yet. It’s been almost a week :(

I never recieved my order. I can't get in touch with anyone

My first order has a stain on one of the shirts and no one responded to my email. I ended up calling in and they did replace it. My second order (a very large one) is missing an entire box of shirts. I have sent request to the chat and the email - have not heeard anything back. Not impressed with the lack of response, don't offer a chat or email if you don't have people responding in a timely manner.

Ordered 6 hats with a custom logo. 3 of the 6 were damaged. Emailed 3 different times and included pictures of the damaged hats. Requested a refund or 3 new hats. Never got anywhere, kept saying they would send the issue to their customer service department. No replies or help at all.
