Item arrived too slow
Item arrived too slow. Returned item two weeks ago still haven’t gotten my refund. I refused it at the post office like I told you in the email. It should have the same tracking to go back.. unless it is not first class.

Hello, thank you for replying. We apologize for not issuing the refund in a timely manner, please keep in mind that the shipping company did not notify of a return at all. We also ask next time to email us to follow up, and also note that the refund has been issued.
