Great concept to support the troops but the execution just isn’t there
Great concept to support the troops. But the execution is severely lacking, even if you make the requested donation. Never responded to my two queries. Our military deserves better. i get that these are all volunteers at this for profit website but there is no excuse to not respond. EVER. it has now been nearly a two weeks wait for an address request that still hasn’t arrived. I won’t be supporting the military using this website ever again. And you may want to look elsewhere as well.
