Hi Ahmed, You have included our website in your review but we believe you have purchased from another brand. We have no affiliation with any other website other than AntiTheftBackpack.com. Often imitation sites will offer a lesser service. Please take careful note of the URL you purchase from. We pride ourselves on our superior customer service; conduct like this would not occur using our brand. Best regards.
