God help you if you need a refund..!!
Took out a 6 month subscription for £109 via direct debit... By an error, they took a further £65... They agreed to refund me everything I'd paid but, get this, it could take up to THIRTY DAYS for the money to hit my account... Suffice to say, over two weeks later and my refund is still not in...!!
