AmericantrademarkservicesReviews of americantrademarkservices.com

Same as the below comment, was contacted via text to call them about my business name and that someone else wanted it. These scam tactics need to be banned, its deceptive marketing as they are lying to get me to call them so they can sell me something Im sure.

This company engages in deceptive marketing practices. They send out spammy text messages claiming there are applicants seeking to register your company name. They want the business owner to contact them to resolve this problem that they made up. I assume they want to sell their services to "help" anyone who falls for this false claim. In my opinion, this is an untrustworthy business that should be avoided.

As a first time business owner, i thought getting my trademark was going to be a hustle, a very long process. These guys made it all easy for me, creating my business logo, trademark and everything, also the assistance for all my needs. Every question, every doubt…everything answered in the most professional way. I love working with them, no regrets at all !!! I will definitely recommend them and use them for any future projects!!!
