Ordered a $116 wok on 7/20. It never shipped.
I placed an order for a wok on 7/20/26. After I followed up nearly two weeks later asking for a status, customer service told me the item had been "lost in transit" and that they were reprocessing my order to ship "today or tomorrow." When I asked for tracking, they sent a number that only ever showed a label created, no actual movement, for over a week. I followed up again and was told they were "investigating" with no timeline given. By the time a month had passed with no product and no real answers, I disputed the charge with my credit card company and got my money back that way. I never received the wok or a refund directly from Alva Cookware. Support is email-only, with no phone number listed, and every response was vague and noncommittal. I'd be cautious ordering from them based on this experience.
