be aware of this company
I’m posting this to make other customers aware of my experience. I had unused lesson credit remaining with LessonWise before its transition to Alucea Education. I tried contacting LessonWise several times by email and through webchat to ask about my remaining credit and request a refund, but unfortunately, I never received a response. I have since found that the LessonWise website now redirects to the Alucea Education website. I’m very disappointed that my outstanding credit has still not been resolved, despite my repeated attempts to contact the company. If you were a LessonWise customer and still have unused lesson credits or outstanding issues, please check what has happened to your balance and contact the company for clarification. Keep copies of your payment records and previous correspondence. I hope Alucea Education will acknowledge these outstanding LessonWise customer issues and provide a clear explanation and resolution for those affected.
