Alpha Design CrewReviews of alphadesigncrew.com

AWFUL!!! I paid I have no design and the no longer respond to calls texts or emails.

Scam! Read the terms. Matt will take your money for the initial payment, then claim you owe him $600 for a license to use the logo. When you claim you want a refund because that was not discussed in the beginning, he will tell you to read the terms and you get no logo and no refund. Total scam! The positive reviews sound like a broken record and all have the same style. These guys are POS scammers. They even have their domain registration blocked so you can not see their identity. Stay away!

Do Not used this company Do Not used this company, they give very bad service and they will still your money.... Stay away, I will be taking legal action against this company for $131.00, It is bad that you get stuck by so many of these so call businesses.

They won’t send me my logos after I’ve paid for the service.

Garbage! Took 5 months. Constantly up charging when I was told what I paid up front was for the full amount of the website. They are basically scammers or just totally inept. The last straw was when they finally sent me a sample of the finished website and the text was in two different languages and had content that wasn’t relevant to my business. Go elsewhere!

I contacted this agency and once I stated that I wanted to look around to compare other agencies, Matt told me to “F#*% off”. What a way to treat potential customers. Stay far away!!!!
