AlpacaRelay is an email marketing and design platform built around performance. Unlike traditional email builders that focus on aesthetics, or general-purpose AI tools that generate copy without context, AlpacaRelay combines professional email design with a pre-send performance scoring engine — giving marketing teams, agencies, and small business owners the confidence to know their emails are built to perform before they ever hit an inbox. At the core of AlpacaRelay is a structured intelligence system trained on deep email marketing domain knowledge. It generates production-ready email templates built on objective performance criteria — not guesswork — and scores every output across structural and content dimensions so you know exactly where you stand before you send. Over time, the system learns from real campaign results, continuously improving the quality of what it generates for your specific brand and audience.AlpacaRelay is designed for teams who are accountable to results. Marketing managers get measurable, explainable performance diagnostics instead of post-send guesswork. Agencies get the production speed and brand consistency to deliver expert-level output across every client. Small business owners get professional email quality without needing design skills or marketing expertise.ESP-agnostic and built for any sending stack — no platform lock-in, no black box. Just a smarter way to build, score, and continuously improve every email you send.

Scored a set of drafts before the next send and the feedback highlighted small structural points that needed tightening. Brand colours stayed locked once set. Because the system works with any ESP the export only required one image-path correction. Later campaigns showed improved opens after the adjustments the score suggested and the system continued to refine suggestions based on those results.

Drafted several campaign emails and ran them through the pre-send scoring. Feedback highlighted small structural points that needed tightening. Brand colours stayed consistent once locked. Export to our usual platform required only one image-path correction. Later sends reflected the higher scores with better open rates and the system kept refining suggestions from those results.

Ran several draft campaigns through the pre-send scoring before they went out. Feedback pointed to small structural tweaks that improved clarity. Design stayed consistent with brand colours once locked in. Because the platform works with any ESP the export step only needed one minor image path fix. Later sends reflected the higher scores with better open rates.

Started using the platform for weekly email campaigns. The performance scoring before send highlighted a couple of subject line and layout issues I would have missed. Templates come out clean and work across the ESPs I already use. Learning curve was short. One early draft scored lower than expected on mobile but adjusting the image sizes fixed it. Nice to have the feedback before anything hits the inbox rather than guessing afterward.

Running a bookkeeping practice, I never thought I'd be the guy sending newsletters. Tried Mailchimp years ago and gave up after ten minutes because I didn't have the time to figure it out. Colleague mentioned AlpacaRelay at a CPA lunch, and showed me how it worked for him. The template editor just made sense, and the emails look great. I signed up, and now I send monthly updates in maybe ten minutes on Tuesday mornings before I dive into the books. My clients actually appreciate hearing from me, which I didn't expect. The free tier let me test everything before paying a dime, which was perfect because I was skeptical after my last experience.

Actually writes my gym emails I figured email was just for big chains with marketing teams. I run a small gym. Turns out my members actually wanted to hear from me. I can tell this thing what I'm planning, new bootcamp class, member promotion, whatever, and it drafts the whole email. The chat thing is built right into the editor so I can ask it to adjust the tone or fix something that sounds off. No switching between windows or apps.Sent out a campaign about our new 6am slot and it filled within five days. A member even said the email reminded her to finally use that guest pass she'd been sitting on. That's real connection happening. Takes me maybe two minutes between classes to check how things are doing on my phone.I thought this stuff was complicated busywork. Turns out it actually works.
