Cumbersome site; slow response from operators/owners
Products are cute but processing a return is cumbersome. It takes 2-3 business days for the company to respond to the email requesting they process a return. Why an RMA cannot be secured through an automated process on their website is puzzling. Will not be ordering from this vendor again given the hassle of returning items.
