We’re very sorry for the frustration this situation caused. We want to clarify that we stay in continuous contact with customers whose deliveries are delayed and provide tracking updates as they become available. During the peak holiday season, carriers experienced significant backlogs that unfortunately led to delays beyond our control. That said, we closely monitor all shipments, and when a package is confirmed lost or undelivered, we always offer either a full refund or a free replacement shipment. We invite you to contact our support team again so we can immediately resolve this for you.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations. While our fulfillment partners ship from North America, returns may be routed to different processing centers depending on the order, which is clearly stated in our return policy. We are always available to assist customers prior to returns to help find the most cost-effective solution, including refunds without return when appropriate. We regret that this was not your experience and encourage you to reach out so we can review your case and assist further.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating delivery issues can be. Orders placed through third-party checkout platforms may sometimes default to previously saved addresses, which is unfortunately outside our control. When tracking confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, carriers classify the shipment as completed. However, we still work closely with customers and carriers to investigate such cases and recommend the fastest resolution. Our intention is never to dismiss concerns, and we regret if our communication came across otherwise.

We sincerely apologize for the delay and for how stressful this experience has been, especially with a holiday order. During the Christmas season, carriers faced extreme volume overload, which caused delays in certain distribution hubs, including New York. We do monitor shipments closely and proactively follow up with carriers. When delays extend beyond acceptable timeframes, we offer refunds or reshipments. We’re sorry this process felt impersonal and appreciate your patience during an unusually difficult shipping period.

We’re sorry for the delay and for the concern this caused. We can assure you that we are a legitimate company and do not ignore refund requests. November and December shipments were heavily impacted by carrier congestion during the holiday rush, which caused extended transit times for some orders. If a package is confirmed lost or excessively delayed, we always issue a refund or send a replacement at no cost. We encourage you to reach out again so we can resolve this properly for you.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We take product accuracy very seriously, and what you described is not the experience we aim to provide. If an incorrect or substitute item was shipped, this is absolutely something we correct through replacement or refund once verified. We are always available to assist and do not remove customer reviews. Please contact our support team directly so we can review your order details and make this right.
